Welcome new members and those enquiring about admittance to
the guild! If you are seeking a new guild or have never been in a guild and
are looking for a fun friendly guild part of a great alliance, then you have
come to the right spot!
You have entered the dominion of the Zero
Hunters, feel free to post in the forums and watch as exciting things unfold.
Look below for our clan rules and regulations regarding the usage of the
forums , participation in our ventrillo server , rules of the guild.
Some of the following rules below are taken from other guilds in our alliance,
to them we thank for creating rules and regulations that we have adopted.
Special thanks to the
Syko Killers rules section which gave creative suggestions which we have
applied, and some that we have directly taken because we agree with what they
had to say.
Zero Hunter Guild Rules
No swearing/Racial
Slurs/Sexist/Age comments in Guild Chat. You will be banned from the
Forums/kicked from the guild on the first offense. Register on the forums and
obey the forum rules. Use vent as often as possible/permissible. Members of
the Zero Hunter guild are held to their own accountability. Nobody makes them
say or do anything other then themselves, so protect your account. There is no
faction donation limit or requirements to participate in Alliance Battles,
However doing so is encouraged and we do run special promotions for gaining
Luxon Ranks. Information regarding this will be in the guild member’s only
section, as well as vent info.
Participation
In the Zero Hunters Guild we take pride
in knowing that we help each other out as often as possible. There are
several officers whose job is specifically to help other members of the
guild, these are typically seasoned players that have played most of the
campaigns and are capable of helping with most missions. We are always
looking for Guild members who are willing to take on this special title of
"Guild Helpers".
From a general standpoint everyone in
the guild is expected to be active players taking part in team activities
whenever possible, to play an active role on our web site in order to stay up
to date with guild news and to contribute ideas/opinions with guild mates.
The officer who recruited you is your
first person of contact if there is anything that you feel necessary to
discuss mainly issues within the guild/alliance that creates conflict or if
you need assistance.
Contribution
Zero Hunter members will contribute to any alliance
meetings/activities that they can make, any exemption will be granted only
after they bring it up with their recruiting officer, and he notifies a
commanding officer. We are here for you, please keep in mind you should be
here for us.
No begging. We have a storage account with items that can be
obtained through special promotions/situations available. For information
visit the posting in the forums.
Loyalty
If you are not serious in joining this
guild for a period of at least 6 months, dont join. We dont want you to
join. Other guilds have kick/bans for time when your not playing, this
pruning is not done currently within our guild. We will keep you on the
roster once you are there, that is our commitment to you, however for this you
must be willing to commit to us.
Players that hop from guild to guild in
order to satisfy personal in-game needs will be judged. The degree to which
this is allowable is up to Senior Staff and Officers to decide on.
In cases where a member leaves to start their own guild or to join another
guild that focuses more on a certain aspect that is not as heavily covered by
our guild, then we wish you good luck on your new path.
Membership
Recruiting requirements and some expectations of members may vary from game to
game. It is your own responsibility to be aware of them in the best interest
of the guild.
Members who are currently not officers must bring potential recruits to
officer’s attention. From there on, a recruit’s guild acceptance is in the
hands of the officers.
All members of a division are required to post for roll call at the start of
every month. Repeated failure to do so will result in removal from our roster.
As not to confuse others of your identity, please use the name on the message
boards as the name you use in-game. If you have other character names, then
please list them in your signature.
Forum Rules
The forums are to be used as a way to improve overall communication and allow
for members of the guild, alliance and community to get in touch with each
other. If used properly then they can be an invaluable tool to the success of
the guild. There are some basic guidelines that MUST AT ALL TIMES be followed.
Please keep the following in mind when posting:
No Swearing.
There are young adults and children who frequent these forums. As a
courtesy to them and to expand your vocabulary this rule will be STRICTLY
enforced. It may not lead to making you leave the guild, but you WILL be
banned from the forums, per IP address.
No Racial Slurs. No Sexism
This is quite simple, no one chooses any part of their own race/sex, they were
borne into it. If you use "slang" terms to describe a particular race/sex or
racial/negative connotation of sexual comments that are you will be banned
from the forums and most likely banned from not just the guild, but the
alliance. This includes any “jokes” or reverses sexism.
No Put downs
Alliance Rules
No
swearing/Racial Slurs/Sexist/Age comments in Alliance Chat. Your
particular guild (See Zero Hunter Guild Rules below) May allow swearing or
otherwise in the guild chat. However any violation of this you will be
terminated from your guild. Alliance Battles/Alliance Groups come BEFORE
individual guild groups/parties. We in Zero Hunters consider this alliance ONE
guild with different factions. So if you’re in an alliance group, don’t leave
it to join a "guild" group doing the same thing. (AB BATTLES ETC.) Also do not
leave alliance members "hanging" if you are in an alliance group, unless
unavoidable, do not go AFK or disconnect to do something else.
No Put downs
Vent Rules
No swearing/Racial
Slurs/Sexist/Age comments. True that there is no "visual" to indicate
such behavior but depending on the group of people you are talking with, it
might be offensive and you can lose your membership for vent/kicked from the
guild/banned from the forums by doing so. It is a show of respect, there are
young adults/children who are on the vent servers, with parents that play/or
can overhear from speakers at the house. This is each individual’s
responsibility to act in an appropriate way.
No Put downs
